All SHC new consultants begin their career on an "RJR Little League Team."
The team membership begins when the consultant starts his/her field training week

*PPA is defined as "Premium Per Appointment."
and is defined as the total amount of annualized new business submitted
to the SHC Headquarters that is processed and sent off to the carrier(s)
for underwriting and issuance after all applications have been call-verified
by the SHC Headquarter office to ensure validity and solidarity of the
sale.
For example:
A consultant that submits to the Headquarters $12,000.00 of cumulative
production after running 16 preset appointments has a $750.00 PPA
(12,000 divided by the 16 preset appmts. = $750.00 PPA).
