All Star Team Bonus Levels and Requirements (As of 05-21-07)

250 Bonus Points

  1. Submit 12K or greater total production in one week (must have 85% or greater policy persistency level) or 25K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  2. Submit 50K or greater total production on 4 new business turn-ins (must have 85%+ overall policy persistency) or 90K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  3. 80% SHP to Med-Sup ratio in one week (must have a minimum of 12K Med-Sup production and 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  4. 60% SHP to Med-Sup ratio over 4 new business turn-ins with minimum 48K Med-Sup production (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  5. Life insurance/Final expense production of $960.00 total annual premium or greater in one week (must have a minimum of 10K Med-Sup production and 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  6. Write 2 referral sales in a 1 week period (2 different homes, a husband and wife/significant other counts as one sale).

500 Bonus Points

  1. Submit 20K or greater total production in one week (must have an 85% or greater policy persistency) or 30K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  2. Submit 65K or greater total production on 4 new business turn-ins (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency) or 100K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  3. 100% SHP to Med-Sup ratio in one week with minimum 12K Med-Sup production (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  4. 100% SHP to Med-Sup ratio over 4 new business turn-ins with minimum of 48K Med-Sup production (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  5. Life insurance/Final Expense production of $1,500.00 total annual premium or greater in one week (must have a minimum of 10K Med-Sup production and 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  6. Write 4 referral sales in a one week period (4 different homes, a husband and wife/significant other counts as one sale).



1000 Bonus Points

  1. Submit 30K or greater total production in one week (must have 85% or greater overall policy persistency level) or 35K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  2. Submit 80K or greater of total production on 4 new business turn-ins (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency) or 110K if under 85% policy persistency level.
    - or -

  3. 150% SHP to Med-Sup ratio in one week with minimum of 12K Med-Sup production (must have an 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  4. 150% SHP to Med-Sup ratio on 4 new business turn-ins with minimum of 48K Med-Sup production (must have an 85%+ policy persistency).
    - or -

  5. Life insurance/Final Expense production of $2,400.00 total annual premium or greater in one week (must have a minimum of 10K Med-Sup production and 85%+ overall policy persistency).
    - or -

  6. Write 6 referral sales in a one week period (6 different homes, a husband and wife/significant other counts as one sale).




NOTE #1: To receive contest benefits, you must remain on active captive contract with the SHC staff. Only weekly production received by Corporate Headquarters each week by 10AM Monday Central Time will be counted towards qualification for bonus points requested.

NOTE #2: Bonus Point Program subject to change or termination by Upper Management.

NOTE #3: All bonus point requests must be received via email to the SHC Corporate Headquarters at bonuspoints@shcmarketing.com NLT 10:00 AM Monday Central Time in order for production written during the previous week to count towards potential bonus point earnings.
